±1mm tolerance on all cuts. Beam saw machines maintain consistent fence position across the full 8×4ft sheet — better than hand-cut or circular saw results on site.
Scoring blade pre-scores the face laminate before the main blade cuts through — eliminating edge chipping on prelam MDF, HDF and plywood surfaces.
Orders placed before 12pm are typically ready same day. Urgent orders accepted — contact us on WhatsApp for confirmation.

No minimum order. We cut from 1 piece to full production runs. A small cutting charge applies per cut for very small orders — this is included in your quote.
Yes — we offer combined cut-to-size + ABS edge banding in one service. Panels arrive with edges banded, ready for assembly. See our Edge Banding service page for details.
Minimum piece size is approximately 100mm × 100mm. For very small pieces, contact us first — our beam saw requires a minimum fence clearance. Jig-cut small pieces on request.
