Factory-quality spray finish applied in our spray booth — consistent coat thickness, smooth surface, no brush marks. Available in matte, satin and high-gloss. Panels delivered finish-ready for installation.
Panels are sanded to 220 grit and cleaned. Any imperfections are filled and re-sanded. White MDF base is preferred — saves one full primer coat.
MDF sealer coat is applied to seal the fibre surface and prevent topcoat absorption. Sanded again to 320 grit after drying for a perfectly smooth base.
One or two topcoats applied in our enclosed spray booth — consistent coat thickness, dust-free environment, even sheen across entire panel surface.
Each panel inspected for runs, dry spots and sheen consistency. Panels wrapped in protective film or foam interleaving for transport. Ready for installation.
Yes — we can match any Asian Paints, Nerolac or RAL colour code. Share your shade code or bring a physical sample and we'll tint the PU topcoat to match. Exact colour matching is done with tinting machines — variance is minimal.
Typically 3–5 working days for a standard batch of kitchen shutters (12–20 panels). Larger orders or 2K PU (which has a longer cure time) may take 5–7 days. Contact us with your panel count and requirement for an accurate schedule.
White MDF is preferred — the factory primer base saves one sealer coat and delivers a more consistent topcoat result. Plain MDF requires an extra sealer coat to seal the raw fibre — still fine, but adds one step and slightly increases cost. We offer both.
